Job Description

We are seeking a self‐motivated, talented, and aspiring individual looking for a new challenge to join our welcoming and friendly team. If you have customer service experience with a passion for ensuring customer needs are met, then this is the role for you!

The Role

* Regularly check‐in with customers to discuss and resolve issues, and discuss forecasts/required inventory.
* Review customer indent items on a monthly basis and supply customer or sales team with consignment count and process consignment sheets.
* Assist with the creation of letters to communicate change in prices across all product categories.
* Maintain customer price lists, including those of distributors.
* Assist in communication with the relevant stakeholder for new projects and assist with project documentation and processes.
* Support the Fujifilm Australia Business Management System (review/update customer, ordering or processing documents, monitor existence of documented policies/procedures that adequately meet current certification standards, etc.)

Your Skills And Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related field (desired).
* Experience or knowledge working with Salesforce (desired).
* Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills (able to communicate product codes and sizes clearly over the phone).
* Comfortable with numbers (prices, discounts, credits, etc).
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail.
