Job Description
Ventia is offering ongoing employment as part of the NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract for individuals with backgrounds in cleaning or related fields. Employees will work split shifts from 5am to 9am and 2pm to 6pm. We seek candidates who can work in various areas.
* Mount Tomah
* Katoomba
* Springwood
To ensure a balance between work and personal life, we offer flexible shift arrangements:
* 8 hour positions available for split shifts (5am - 9am and 2 pm - 6pm)
* Early morning shift: 5am - 9am
* Afternoon shift: 2pm-6pm
Key Duties
Candidates will be responsible for:
* Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas (handrails, door handles, desks, benches etc)
* Maintenance of cleanliness standards including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking toilets
* Maintenance of stock supplies and orders
Requirements
Successful candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Thorough and forward-thinking approach to cleaning duties
* Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to collaborate and communicate within a team setting
* Previous cleaning experience an advantage
