Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist
We are seeking to appoint a registered or clinical psychologist to complement our well established team in 2026.
NOTE: Applications from psychologists requiring support to commence the Clinical Registrar program in 2026 are welcome. We are experienced in these programs and currently supporting individuals in pursuit of their clinical endorsement.
Role Description:
Due to ongoing expansion and demand for services we are seeking to appoint a self-motivated Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist with sound assessment and therapeutic skills that enjoys working in and being part of a positive team environment.

Our Principal Psychologist
Fletcher Hamilton is a clinical psychologist and registered supervisor who has over 15 years of private practice experience. He is passionate about supporting and working alongside our team providing individual & peer supervision, promoting ethical and client focused practice, & creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Fletcher is exceptionally generous with his time and expertise. He has a great passion for helping Psychologists thrive in Private Practice.
Administrative Support
Our administrative infrastructure has been developed and refined over the past decade. Your clients will be greeted by a full-time front of house administrative team who are supported by a dedicated Practice Manager trained and specialized in supporting our team's needs. The administration team work seamlessly to manage client & psychologist administration needs providing you more time with your clients and the headspace to focus on developing and enjoying your practice.
Referral base
We have a strong referral base developed from over many years of operating as a private billing practice. Our referrals flow through consistently meaning you have the ability to hit the ground running upon commencement. We support private clients, Medicare, TAC, NDIS & Worksafe referrals.
Practice Facilities
Our office suite consists of two beautifully restored, light filled and purposely renovated Victorian cottages providing a calm, comfortable and welcoming space as soon as you step foot in the door. We have prime positioning and centrally located in Geelong with ample parking at the rear for both our clients and staff.
Connection
Whilst we know private practice can at times feel isolating, at Growth Psychology we promote both professional & personal development to keep the team well connected. Fortnightly peer group meetings, team meetings & social events throughout the year are scheduled to provide a sense of community, support and fun.
Flexibility and remuneration
We are able to offer remuneration substantially above salaried P3 and P4 positions with flexible working arrangements. Growth encourages and supports other alternate part-time roles that foster diverse skillsets and experiences that complement our team.
We are looking for a psychologist who has:
* Strong interpersonal and organisation skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and group or individual supervision.
* A desire to be an active part of a team
* Current endorsement as a fully registered psychologist with AHPRA.
* Eligibility for registration with Medicare.
* Professional and public indemnity insurance.
* Current Working with Children check and police check.
* The capacity to see clients at least two days per week
* A desire to join a practice for the medium to long term
