About the role
The Senior Commercial Quality Manager is responsible for providing leadership to ensure excellence in the quality and compliance of all products and processes within the supply and distribution chain of the Australian business. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our product portfolio complies with all local guidelines and internal standards, enabling Reckitt to innovate and lead in the industry. We seek a passionate individual about quality and compliance, committed to delivering high-quality consumer health products.
Responsibilities
1. Partner with global and local teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies that provide a competitive advantage.
2. Lead the Quality Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Manage regulatory projects for Australian brands, ensuring adherence to legislation and Reckitt standards.
4. Monitor legislative changes, identify risks and opportunities, and keep the business informed of regulatory trends.
5. Collaborate with other functions to develop and maintain procedures aligned with Reckitt's QMS and local requirements.
6. Engage with government agencies and industry bodies to assess impacts on products and processes.
Experience required
* Extensive experience in Quality and/or Compliance roles within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
* Deep knowledge of current regulations and industry standards.
* Proficiency in regulatory, GMP, and GDP requirements relevant to products regulated by authorities like TGA, FDA, EMA.
* Understanding of GDP to ensure operations do not compromise product quality and demonstrate compliance.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships.
* Experience in analyzing complex information, problem-solving, and coaching within results-driven environments.
