About the Role
Eureka Villages is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Village Manager to join our team at Whyalla, working 32.5 hours per week. This role is responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the village and supporting a high quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring services and facilities operate smoothly.
* Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure cost‑effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead, supervise, and support village staff to maintain a high level of service.
* Build strong relationships and act as the primary liaison between residents, families, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all residents.
About You
* Proven experience in management or leadership roles, ideally in residential, community, property, or facilities management.
* Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Experience supervising staff, building team capability, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents and stakeholders.
* Ability to meet pre‑employment requirements, including a National Police History Check.
* Real Estate licence desirable.
