Are you ready to take your career in transport and logistics to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Storeperson to join our team in Townsville. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, specifically a High Reach forklift.
* Receive, inspect and appropriately store incoming deliveries.
* Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
To be successful in the position you will:
* Hold a current and valid forklift licence (LF)
* Have previous experience operating a high reach forklift.
* Have a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records to assist with servicing on of our largest customers who provide critical medical supplies to the community.
* Be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
