Night Residential Care Worker

* Work closely with young people to understand their individual needs and develop personalized plans that foster their growth and development.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to ensure the highest standard of care and child safety.
* Build strong relationships with young people, supporting them in their educational, social, and recreational pursuits while encouraging independence.
This role requires you to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, to provide 24/7 support to our young people. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our consultants to learn and implement effective therapeutic models.
