We are seeking an Advanced Retail Professional to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience.
* Assist in driving sales growth through staff productivity and fostering a dynamic selling environment.
* Model exceptional service and selling standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the adidas brand and its values in an inspiring way.
* Maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
Requirements
* Prior retail team leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
