Fully Remote Customer Re-engagement Agent
to join our Health Insurance team. This is a chance to earn a solid

The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Re-engagement Agent, your main job is to connect with people who have previously expressed an interest in private health insurance. You'll build rapport, highlight the benefits of speaking with an expert broker, and schedule their next conversation. You're not selling insurance yourself—you're the vital first step.
This role is ideal for a results-focused individual who loves connecting with people over the phone in a fast paced environment and is motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions. We'll give you all the paid training and coaching you need to grow and succeed.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: A starting base salary of up to $65K + Super (based on experience), with quarterly salary reviews.
Uncapped Commissions: Realistic first-year earnings (OTE) of $80K+. Most of our agents average $1,500 per month in commission, with top performers exceeding $130,000 OTE annually
Flexible Work-Life Balance: Work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (Brisbane time zone). No weekends or rotating rosters required.
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Australia, with all the support and tools you need to succeed remotely.
