Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms.
* Perform daily tasks in Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
In addition to the requirements listed above, the successful candidate will have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time.
