We are seeking a dedicated INSULATION SUPERVISORto join our team working for a casual work in one of the world's largest metal processing and refining facility in SA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise insulation installation and maintenance activities ensuring adherence to specifications
* Conduct assessments and develop insulation strategies that optimize energy efficiency
* Collaborate with Engineers and Contractors to ensure timely project completion
* Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Maintain high work standards, ensuring safe conduct, compliance with safety and quality standards and alignment with project and Kaefer values for long-term success
* Organize and manage labour within the direct work group.
* Supervise work teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and meet quality and client specifications.
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 5 years' Supervisory experience, preferably in O&G background, Mining or Heavy Industry
* A Trade qualification (preferably in sheet metal fabrication) highly desirable
* Strong communicator with leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
* Able to pass a project-specific Pre-Employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
* Must have a current Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
* Must be available to start ASAP
