With strong partnerships across Australia and internationally, the business is looking to add a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to their high-performing team.
The Role
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for the right candidate. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer orders and ensuring seamless logistics coordination. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position with plenty of variety and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and complaints
* Process customer orders accurately through internal systems
* Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
* Monitor and report on inventory levels and shipment statuses
* Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance paperwork is complete and accurate
* Liaise with operations and finance teams to support smooth order fulfilment and invoicing
* Identify process improvements and support continuous enhancement of customer service and logistics workflows
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and logistics roles, ideally within FMCG or a related industry
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Confident with inventory systems and order processing tools
