This casual Medical Receptionist role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic primary health care setting, providing vital administrative, reception, financial and clerical support within Ceduna Family Medical Practice.
Working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure patients, staff and visiting health professionals receive a seamless and professional service experience. No two days are the same, and your work will directly contribute to the smooth delivery of medical and community health services in the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide reception and administrative support, including managing enquiries and bookings
* Assist with financial and clerical processes such as invoicing, banking and record management
* Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems and confidential records
* Support the day-to‐day operations of the practice and collaborate with the healthcare team
