As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an
**Administration and Facilities Specialist.** This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an industry that plays a crucial role in supporting grieving families. A diverse role with a generous salary package of $50-70k + Super - based on experience
**Requirements**:
- Assist with property maintenance, including repairs and cleanliness.
- Undertake basic gardening tasks to maintain the funeral home grounds.
- Move items weighing up to 15 kg as required.
- Provide office administration support, including data entry and record-keeping.
**Qualifications**:
- **Maturity and professionalism** to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Previous experience in **data entry** or **administrative** roles.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Physical capability to move items weighing up to 15 kg.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite.**:
