Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a 4/3 FIFO roster from Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy department, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing rosters and flight bookings, and overseeing day-to-day office administration.

This is a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-$55 per hour, paid weekly, plus superannuation benefits.

* Provide administrative support to a busy department, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing rosters and flight bookings.
* Oversee day-to-day office administration, including ordering and monitoring office supplies.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating workflow and Spear booking systems.
