About the Role ...
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and highly experienced Program Manager to complement our technology transformation team.
This high-profile role is instrumental in leading and managing technology testing environment delivery across the program to support a high-profile, time-critical program focused on uplifting testing environments and integrating multiple application layers across a complex technology landscape.
As the key point of contact for managing and coordinating environment readiness, this role will work closely with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery stability while enabling agility in a fast-paced environment and ensuring rigorous governance, coordination, and impact assessment of all delivery requests.
Importantly, this high-profile role supports the UNITE Program across Westpac which is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.
Essential Skills & Experience ...
* High-end & advanced senior level practical experience in a Program Manager capacity within large-scale, technically complex programs of work coupled with advanced SME with respect to technology testing environments.
* Strong understanding of delivery governance frameworks and processes in enterprise environments, underpinned by deep analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret system and documentation for impact assessment.
* Outstanding hands‐on knowledge and experience overseeing large-scale technology test environment management and application integration.
* Deep experience working with diverse internal technology teams and third‐party vendors to facilitate and manage testing delivery.
* Advanced reporting skills, including presenting risks and decisions to executive audience.
* Able to cater your language and style to suit non‐technical and high technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong familiarity with test management and deployment tools as well as program delivery methodologies.
