As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of paid advertising campaigns for our clients, across Social Media channels, Google channels, Digital Out-of-Home, Audio platforms, and other core digital advertising channels.
You will implement advanced tracking setups and be able to tackle challenging and complex tracking challenges for client accounts, and support other specialists with their clients' tracking challenges.
You will be constantly looking for new opportunities for your clients, and bringing to the table recommendations and ideas that lead to increased value and revenue across your client portfolio. You will provide support on new business opportunities, helping to scope performance marketing services and solutions for leads and providing estimates.
**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Setup, Management, and Optimisations**:
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns for client accounts.
- Assist with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction for the creative team on campaign assets, maintaining a consistent brand voice for each client.
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across each client account.
- Devise and execute A/B tests, report on results, and advise on and implement campaign optimisations.
- Oversee and manage paid media budgets across client accounts.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
**Tracking Implementation**:
- Ensuring tracking is correctly set up and configured across clients' accounts, for optimal attribution and reporting.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to tracking challenges and issues.
**Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Client Reporting**:
- Review client reports and metrics to ensure identification of opportunities, campaign performance & performance anomalies (positive / negatives), trends, and to promote greater commercial awareness between departments.
- Assist with the building of Dashboard reports within DataStudio, to clearly and visually report on metrics that are important to our clients and align with their goals and KPIs.
- Explain campaign results and insights to clients, highlighting what is most important to them.
**Sales Support**:
- Participating in discovery conversations and requirement gathering for new leads as required
- Reviewing leads' existing activities to identify opportunities
- Helping sales reps to scope content and/or paid media services and solutions for leads and providing estimates
- Helping create service proposals
- Participating in sales pitches and presentations
**About You**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- You have proven experience building and managing digital advertising campaigns across most popular digital advertising channels.
- You have completed a degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have experience in data analysis, interpretation and reporting, providing helpful and relevant insights based on performance data.
- You have experience setting up and optimising tracking.
- It would be highly regarded if you have experience managing programmatic campaigns.
