Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we're looking for a Demi Chef, with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards. This role will primarily work in our dinner service over 7 days, so if you live local and want to work close to home, come and join us.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
* Making every single dish a memorable experience for our diners
* Setting high standards for the ingredients, preparation and presentation of all dishes
* Being cleaner than clean to meet cleanliness and hygiene laws
* Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
* Taking on other ad‐hoc duties like a true team player
What we need from you:
* Experience - broad cuisine experience at Demi chef level
* Qualified - trade cooking qualifications are essential
* Strong - Your constantly on your feet and sometimes need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg.
* Availability and flexibility for shifts across the week, weekend and public holidays.
* Great communication – you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
