The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM platforms, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering CRM solutions that align with business goals.
This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to deliver CRM enhancements and customizations that optimize customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.Customize CRM fields, views, workflows, reports, and dashboards.Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations.Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications to create seamless workflows across systems.Implement and manage data migration and cleansing processes.Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM system.Monitor CRM system performance and implement optimization practices to enhance system efficiency.Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Provide user support and training on CRM functionalities and best practices.Document customizations, configurations, and processes for reference and user training.experience as a CRM Developer, preferably with (specific CRM platform: e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.
