What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality and compliance across the organisation, ensuring our services meet sector standards, funding obligations, and accreditation requirements. You'll be hands-on in developing systems, supporting frontline managers and staff, and embedding a culture of quality, compliance, good governance, safety, accountability, and excellence. Support the Executive Manager in progressing the organisation's quality improvement and external review processes, for QIC, NRSCH, Age Care.
* Project Management of implementing Quality Systems
* Planning, coordination, and execution of accreditation and compliance activities
* Assist with the organisation's transition to sector reforms and evolving service delivery models
* Provide guidance to program leads to support ongoing compliance with relevant homelessness, housing and aged care frameworks
* Contribute to the development and review of organisational policies and procedures in line with best practice
* Support internal review processes and contribute to the organisation's overall audit program
* maintain oversight of compliance schedules and reporting timelines
* Facilitate internal governance meetings and working groups to strengthen oversight and continuous improvement
* Assist with incident and feedback processes to support learning and service improvement
* Monitor and respond to changes in relevant standards, legislation, and sector requirements
* Work alongside Housing, Age Care, and Homelessness program teams to support staff training and compliance tracking
* Provide advice and coaching to staff and managers to promote a culture of quality and safeguarding
* Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and service development
* Represent the organisation in relevant external meetings and networks as required
Your work will ensure quality systems aren't just "on paper" but are real, practical tools that support staff and improve outcomes for the people we serve.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, drives results, and inspires confidence — a strong leader who can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to our compliance and quality systems.
You'll bring:
* At least 5 years' experience in quality management, accreditation, or compliance, preferably in community services, aged care, or housing
* Demonstrated success leading external accreditation processes (e.g., community service, aged care, or housing frameworks)
* Solid understanding of safeguarding principles, WHS legislation, and sector compliance obligations
* Strong background in policy development, risk identification, audit coordination, and driving continuous improvement
* Confidence in using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, influence, and build collaborative relationships across all levels
* Experience with Learning Management Systems and managing staff training compliance
