Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Reservations and Logistics Officer to join our remote Bungle Bungle operation for the 2026 season. This is a live-in role based at Bellburn Airstrip within Purnululu National Park, supporting daily tour logistics, guest coordination and reservations while working alongside our Aboriginal guide team.
This seasonal contract runs from 1 April to 30 September.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily reservations and booking coordination from the Bellburn airstrip hut
* Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures and guest movements
* Provide logistics support to guides and touring operations
* Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled and tour‐ready
* Prepare and pack food and supplies for daily touring
* Maintain smooth daily operational flow in a remote environment
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months experience in reservations or booking systems
* Customer service experience to support guest coordination and tour operations
* Previous experience in remote or live-in work environments preferred (but not essential)
