Are you a B2B marketing professional who loves rolling up your sleeves and making things happen? **RDM Pizza**, a leading supplier of premium pizza products to distributors, hospitality venues and gaming operators, is looking for a **hands-on Marketing Manager** to elevate our presence across the foodservice industry.
**About the Role**
This is not your typical "strategy-only" marketing position. We're after someone who enjoys creating and executing campaigns, not just delegating. You'll be the driver of our B2B marketing activities - from developing sales-enabling assets to executing high-impact trade show experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **B2B Creative Collateral**: Design and produce flyers, product catalogues, sell-in sheets, and editorial pieces tailored for distributors, venues, and industry publications.
- **Digital & Social Media**: Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to engage trade partners and drive brand awareness within the industry.
- **Trade Shows & Industry Events**: Plan, coordinate and execute RDM Pizza's presence at major events (Fine Foods, Australian Gaming Expo, Food & Hospitality, distributor trade shows) including stand design, logistics, and on-site engagement.
- **Distributor & Trade Campaigns**: Develop campaigns that support our distributor network and generate demand in B2B channels.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure our brand is represented professionally and consistently across all touchpoints.
**About You**
- Proven experience in **B2B marketing**, ideally within foodservice, hospitality or FMCG.
- Hands-on skills in producing marketing collateral (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Confident in planning and running trade shows, from budgeting to execution.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B-oriented platforms.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, can-do approach - you like to make things happen.
