- You’re comfortable working with data – collecting, analysing, and using it to help shape programs.
- You’re a clear communicator who can create easy-to-follow materials to support projects.
- You’re organised and good at juggling tasks, planning ahead, and keeping things on track.
- You enjoy building strong relationships and working with different people to get things done.
- You are comfortable taking a concept and delivering.
- You’ve worked on organisational development, or other people-focused projects – or you’re keen to grow in this space.

This role is full-time, but we are open to considering alternative working arrangements for suitable candidates.
