Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and repairing X15 engines, including related systems such as power trains, electrical systems, steering systems, electronics, brake systems, and suspension systems.
* Proficiently navigate Insite and utilize EDS to streamline tasks.
* Accurately document repair stories for customers and warranty work, providing clear explanations.
* Understand and adhere to SRT guidelines.
* Identify necessary parts for unit repairs and accurately document warrantable fixes.
* Road test vehicles when needed to diagnose issues or verify repair effectiveness.
* Complete technical reports from various manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner.
* Be available for after-hours service calls to address emergencies.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute positively to our team environment.
* Prioritize workspace organization and uphold all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Certificate in Truck & Transport from a recognized college program.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs (compliant with provincial workplace health & safety standards).
* Will to continue learning and developing skills.
* Clean driving abstract and criminal record check.
* Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Windows-based software.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a service-oriented environment.
