**ABOUT THE ROLE**: Reporting directly to the Executive team, as the Facility Manager you will ensure our culture is ensured and provision of exceptional care maintained.
- Ensure smooth operations of the facility
- Oversee all clinical assessment, care planning, and ACFI for residents
- Implement & streamline progressive nursing practices
- Mentor and lead nursing and support staff
- Manage all finances & budgets
- HR & OH&S; Management
**ABOUT YOU**
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the facilities. You have extensive clinical manager support, allowing your main focus to be the wholistic management or the facility. You will have a passion for leadership skills and change management.
- _AHPRA registration_**_ not_**_ essential, non-clinical Managers encouraged to apply_
- _Management experience within the Aged Care environment essential_
- _A passion for getting the best out of people._
- _You will need to have experience with ACFI and Accreditation._
- _Excellent communication skills are important as you are dealing with a large range of stakeholders._
