What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food costing
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced hospitality environment
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certification
