About the Position
You will be responsible for our lab solutions, part of the Australia & New Zealand team, based in Sydney, and report to the Country Manager ANZ. Your key accountabilities include ensuring sales execution of 3Shape lab solutions, engaging with labs, visiting labs, to understand their digital setup and sell 3Shape Lab Solutions.
Responsibilities
Commercial Success
* Ensure sales execution of 3Shape lab solutions, in line with 3Shape's global and local (ANZ) strategy and business expectations.
* Responsible for engaging with labs, visiting labs, to understand their digital setup and sell 3Shape Lab Solutions.
Product Expertise
* Bring 3Shape's 360 digital solution to Labs in ANZ with our scanners, Dental System CAD software, 3Shape Lab Management System (LMS), and Design Services.
o Drive focus area of digitizing the prosthetist segment for Dental System & lab scanner sales.
o Create a strong market segmentation and map for the ANZ lab market.
o Cross-functional collaboration with local colleagues as well as global colleagues.
o Run webinars on news within 3Shape lab solutions.
Partner Management
* Coaching and sales training of lab reps from resellers.
* Participate in reseller management meetings to strategize for business development and reviewing business performance.
Qualifications
* Education as a CAD dental technician is preferred.
* 3-5+ years of experience in Dental market, sales experience is a plus.
* Experience in using Dental CAD software (e.g. Dental System (preferred), Exocad, or others).
* Experience in digital workflows both Lab & Clinic.
* Strong business acumen.
* Customer relations skills.
* Project management skills.
* Public speaking and presentation skills.
* Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent English.
