With 120 inpatient surgical and medical beds, a rehabilitation gym, 7 operating theatres, 2 procedure rooms, a day oncology unit, and an ICU, Sunnybank Private Hospital has been providing care to our local community for over 40 years and continually embraces the highest quality of holistic patient care.
About the role:
As a Food Services Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver, serve, and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
2. Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
3. Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards
4. Prior experience in healthcare food services is desired
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including early/late shifts and weekends (Hours: AM 0530-1400, PM 1400-2000)
