This investment management group have a unique opportunity for a talented
**Accounts Payable Officer** to join their supportive team environment.
This is a 12-month contract role.
This offers a rare opportunity to work alongside and assist the talented accounting team during a project period.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all aspects of accounts payable are conducted in accordance with relevant procedures and controls.
- Updating and documenting Accounts Payable procedures. This includes an opportunity to identify, suggest and implement ongoing process improvements within the Financial Control team.
- Preparation of the semi-annual regulatory Payment Times Reporting
- Generating weekly reports for outstanding credit card expenses and proactively following these up with the business.
- Assistance with other ad hoc financial analysis and other project work, including testing of system fixes in our test environment.

You have a strong career within transactional accounts, with proven accuracy and reconciliations when conducting duties.
You have proven accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, manage and meet deadlines, ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time.
It is essential that you possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills and excel at time management.
