Role & Responsibilities
The park presents a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced cleaner to join our team.
This exciting integral role will see you form part of the operations team, where you will be required to maintain high cleaning standards in terms of bathroom cleanliness, ensuring that all restrooms are fully stocked and remain in pristine condition in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be required to ensure guests are provided with exceptional professional service in a family-friendly, safe theme park environment.
You'll require an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, a flexible working approach, the ability to interact effectively with people in an outdoor team environment, and the willingness to learn and expand your abilities every day.
This position requires great availability throughout our Summer season from late November to April, with the opportunity to continue working during the off-season.
Your key focus areas in this role are as follows
Ensuring that all restrooms remain fully stocked and clean
Following Adventure Parks O.H. & S. policies and procedures
Observing all safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
Maintaining all cleaning equipment
Store room stock levels are being managed with an ample supply of consumables
Responding to calls to attend to incidents such as dropped ice creams, spills or accidents.
Essential Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following:
Have previous experience in a similar position, but not essential
Be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Be a conscientious, reliable team member
Have a professional attitude and an approachable appearance
Have a current Working With Children Check or be willing to obtain.
