Position available - Office Admin (Contractor)
We are currently hiring for the position of a contractor Admin staff member. We are a growing insulation business based in Truganina, seeking a proactive Office Administrator to help us to stay organised, on track and ahead of the game. The position available is full time / part time and offers individuals the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up with no experience necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key part in bringing structure and consistency to our day-to-day operations. Tasks will vary but may include:
Daily Tasks
* Checking and responding to emails (internal and client)
* Creating reminder lists and sending jobs for our site teams
* Sending quotes and documents to clients
Weekly Tasks
* Updating jobs
* Organising and chasing SWMS from contractors
* Filing purchase orders
* Processing contractor Invoices
A successful applicant would need the following:
* No Experience Necessary
* Background in construction preferred
* Commitment to full time work
* Motivated and driven individuals
* Practical and good work ethic
* Willingness to learn new things
* Current driver's license
* Registered ABN or obtain one prior to starting
Job Types: Subcontract, Full-time, Part time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
