Leadership Role
The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the effective governance of an Aboriginal Corporation. This includes oversight of staff, strategic coordination of services, reporting, and compliance, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee, manage, and support a small team in achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Community Development, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience in managing teams, operations, and strategic projects.
