**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team, who can bring joy to customer service and team interactions. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager & Optometrist in running a successful store, covering appointment book management and the execution of the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
* Support the Store Manager & Optometrist in achieving store targets and goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in Optics at a supervisor or management level.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless customer experience.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate a team.
