* Salary – Clerk Grade 5/6, Base Salary ($99,938 –$110,271), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
Support the state-wide delivery of the Continuing Apprentices and Trainees Placement Service (CAPS) managed by Training Services. Provide operational support to strengthen regional activities through CAPS and other Apprenticeships & Traineeships initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement. This includes assisting with meetings, responding to enquiries, maintaining records, and supporting collaboration to achieve commencements, completions, and aspirational program targets in line with the National Skills Agreement.

About you
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse enquiries professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
* Conduct presentations and engagement sessions to promote the CAPS Program.
* Knowledge of the apprenticeship and VET system is advantageous but not essential.
* Committed to delivering high quality support services and achieving positive outcomes.
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
* A Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this role.
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
