We’re now searching for an Associate or Senior Manager to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to work across landmark urban renewal and social infrastructure projects in Sydney — including affordable housing, precinct regeneration, and government partnership models.

Key focus areas:
- Commercial advisory and procurement structuring for urban and social infrastructure projects.
- Business case development and investment logic for public-sector clients.
- Supporting a pipeline of high-impact, place-based initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–8 years’ experience in infrastructure, urban, or real estate advisory.
- Strong report writing, commercial acumen, and stakeholder skills.
- A self-starter who values collaboration, purpose, and autonomy.
