Industrial Foreman | Permanent Full-Time in NORTH & SOUTH Brisbane | Major Tier 2 Company
**Your current company**
Hays Construction have partnered with a well-known Queensland based high T2 / T1 builder. This company has been around for the last 20 years, they have projects across the city and regional Queensland. They have secured a large pipeline of various projects for next coming years, currently looking for an experienced Foreman to lead industrial projects in the Brisbane area.
**Your recent role**
- You will be based on site of a large-scale building project, looking after the schedule of works across one floor, supervising contractors and ensuring OHS is adhered to etc.
- A high attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as working unsupervised.
- Day to day responsibilities include, direct in office activities, manage and liaise with subcontracts, toolbox talks & ensure all safety standards and practices are up to code.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- An experienced Foreman who has previously worked for Tier 1 or 2 Builders across Industrial, Commercial, Retail or Residential building projects with a minimum project value of $10M.
- QBCC Supervisors License & relative trade certificates
- Can do attitude with the ability to lead from the front and work in a team environment
