* Proficiency in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Franchise Agreements
* Experience addressing legal issues and delivering explicit and actionable legal advice
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* A current legal practising certificate in South Australia
* Experience in franchising law is highly essential
