We’re hiring for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations. If you have experience in logistics, enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and know your way around forklift and freight paperwork, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing warehouse operations and supervising one store person
Setting out and prioritizing orders and tasks based on sales team input
Reporting key operational data and updates to management
Picking and packing orders for dispatch
Arranging courier pickups and managing relevant freight paperwork and pricing
Creating invoices and processing orders accurately
Loading/unloading stock using a forklift and manual handling
Checking in stock, restocking shelves/racks, and rotating inventory
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
Current forklift license with confident operating experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Experience with invoicing, freight quoting, and courier coordination
Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tasks
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Bonus Points For
Experience in a small-to-medium warehouse operation
Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems
Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
