Burger Urge are on the lookout for a lunch and Dinner Service/ Kitchen Hand/Customer Service staff member for our South Toowoomba store. This is a part time position comprising of Monday to Saturday shifts between 10:00am - 2:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm
Full training is provided so prior experience is not essential.
The position:
- completing opening procedures including setting up kitchen, turning on equipment, receiving stock deliveries and assisting with food preparation
- working in the kitchen over lunch and Dinner service
- completing post lunch cleaning requirements and restocking for dinner service
- some customer service and running/dispatching of orders may be required
Applicants must:
- have the ability to handle a busy, fast paced environment while maintaining high food quality and standards
- have the ability to work autonomously
- be well organised
- take pride in their own work appearance
- completed or have the ability to complete the I'm Alert food safety course or nationally recognised food safety certificate
