Make a real difference in our customers financial lives! As a Loan Services Officer you’ll be the key to ensuring smooth and productive loan administration. You’ll handle a wide range of tasks from processing loan modifications (rate changes, term extensions, redraws) to account reconciliations and reconstructions. Your accuracy and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders contributing to a positive and supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities
Processing loan modifications (rate changes, term extensions, etc.)
Account reconciliations and reconstructions
Data entry into RFS / BDS (experience preferred)
Meeting productivity and quality targets
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying process improvement opportunities
Adhering to all Bank policies and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, data entry, or administration role.
Experience in banking, finance or related industries is preferred but not essential; skills, attitude and potential above all.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using loan management systems (RFS experience highly desirable).
An understanding of the National Credit Code and Code of Banking Practice (preferred but not essential).
Solid organisational and time management skills enabling you to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem‑solving mindset with a passion for finding ways to work more efficiently.
We offer flexible work options with a hybrid mode of minimum 60% on‑site attendance in any of our Head Office Locations.
This is a full‑time 12‑month contract position based at any of our head office locations.
