What You'll Be Doing:
* Running HP Latex and Canon Colorado printers with confidence and consistency
* Preparing and checking print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite
* Managing your own schedule and keeping production moving smoothly
* Handling vinyl cutting, laminating, and finishing like a pro
* Troubleshooting issues and maintaining top print quality
* Taking initiative, solving problems, and owning your outcomes
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in wide/large-format digital printing
* Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite
* A sharp eye for colour, detail, and quality
* Great communication skills, you know how to keep a team in sync
* The drive to get things done and the pride to do them well
* Bonus points if you've wrapped a vehicle, managed your own jobs, or know your way around flatbed printers
