About This Role
As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating website updates and improvements, and managing the customer loyalty platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
* Coordinate website updates and improvements, including SEO activities, CMS management, and form integration
* Manage the customer loyalty platform, providing data inputs and compiling reports
* Support the customer loyalty program from end-to-end, including coupon creation, customer communications, and claims processing
* Enrich customer data to improve quality and accuracy, developing strategies to achieve this goal
* Manage Dealer Collateral and Merchandise websites, with a view to implementing a B2C retail website for PACCAR Parts retail apparel and lifestyle accessories
* Stay up-to-date with best digital and marketing practices within the industry
* Collaborate with other team members on the use of digital platforms, such as Canto, Salesforce CRM, and GoTo Webinar
