This role development on trade customers such as builders, contractors, and business clients, developing long-term relationships and driving sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing
* Actively prospect, win and grow B2B / trade accounts
* Sell hardware & building supplies to builders, contractors and business clients
* Own the full sales cycle: cold approach → quoting → closing
* Build long-term, high-value customer relationships
* Hit targets — and get paid for it
Who We Want
* Proven B2B sales experience (results matter more than titles)
* Experience in large hardware retailers (Bunnings, Mitre 10, etc.) is a strong advantage
* Strong understanding of hardware / tools / building materials
* Confident communicator — not afraid of rejection
* Self-driven, competitive
