Customer Success Specialist

Digital / SaaS solutions for Real Estate agency clients. Deliver product demos and training for clients pre‐ and post‐onboarding. Hybrid working, team‐based commission and multiple career pathways.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist reporting to an experienced Customer Success Leader, you will develop deep product mastery to become the primary specialist for our flagship platforms: Real Time Agent and Engage. Maintaining pre‐ and post‐sale relationships, you will provide in‐person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers, ensuring products are well integrated and that roadmap features align with customer needs.

Responsibilities

* Provide product training to explain functionality and ensure solutions are integrated into client businesses.
* Manage relationships at every stage from planning, design and delivery through to ongoing projects such as rebrands.
* Onboard new branches within client businesses and ensure smooth integrations.
* Conduct webinars, plan and deliver roll‐outs of product updates to explain new features.
* Answer customer questions on product features and work with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges.
* Assist with retention of valuable customers at the renewal stage, collaborating with Solutions Leaders and wider sales teams to service customers at scale.
* Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.
* Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements.

Qualifications

* Proven experience within the Real Estate industry or the SaaS sector.
* Excellent customer service and relationship‐building skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and work well in a fast‐paced environment.
* Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awareness.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills, with ability to provide solutions aligned with clients' needs.
* Tech‐savvy with accurate administrative skills.
* Experience with Real Estate software specifically (nice to have).
