Front Office Associate Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front Office Associate to join our team. As the face of the hotel, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay.
This position involves providing warm welcomes, acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, processing guest bookings, and facilitating seamless check-in and check-out procedures. The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate guests' needs, offer personalized recommendations, and provide excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS), fluency in the local language, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should be literate, tech-savvy, and proficient in reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills.
The successful applicant will work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays, and must be available to work evenings. They should also hold a full Australian Drivers Licence for valet parking services and have the legal right to work in Australia without any limitation or hour-restriction. A current police clearance (not older than 6 months) is required.
