About the role
Chinta' is seeking an enthusiastic Barista / Bar person to join our vibrant team in North Perth, WA. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality business, providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages.
We have casual, part and Full time positions available
What you'll be doing
- Preparing speciality coffee drinks to the highest standards
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar and cafe area
- Preparation of a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Following all health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Barista, with the ability to make consistently outstanding coffee
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Knowledge of a range of coffee equipment and brewing methods
- Familiarity with bar operations and the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Understanding of food safety and liquor licensing regulations
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a fantastic customer experience
