About this Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working closely with clients and their support network to design and execute personalized care plans that align with their unique goals and needs.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients and their support network to create tailored care plans that address their specific needs and aspirations.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor client progress, and update care plans to ensure optimal results.
* Provide training and education to clients, their support network, and our support staff to promote maximum independence.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest findings and best practices in Occupational Therapy through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
* Be a registered Occupational Therapist with OTBA/AHPRA.
* Have recent experience or exposure to paediatric or adult therapy.
* Possess excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrate a genuine commitment to client-centered care and a willingness to work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding results.
