**Job Overview:**
This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing contracts and service providers, performing asset maintenance and condition inspections, and conducting contract audits. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts and service providers to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Perform asset maintenance and condition inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct contract audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Liaise with stakeholders to provide technical input into policy development and tender processes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff under their supervision.
**Requirements:**
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Contract Management, Horticulture Environmental Science, or equivalent.
* Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Qualifications and experience in playground safety or willingness to obtain.
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to Government procurement or contract management are desirable.
* A current manual driver's license.
