Collarts is a dynamic independent tertiary college specialising in the creative industries.
We're looking for a Digital Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing activity and help us attract, engage and convert prospective students.
Collarts (and its predecessor, Ausmusic) began more than 30 years ago with just three programs, a handful of students, and a small team of passionate lecturers.
Founded on music and audio – a proudly rock'n'roll start – we've grown into one of Australia's leading creative education providers.
Today, operating as Collarts, we teach more than 2,000 students from over 30 countries across four campuses and in 50 partner high schools.
We offer 24 degree programs and 5 vocational certificates, and are ranked Australia #1 Creative Arts Course Provider according to the
Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) national surveys.

The role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you will :
Assist with the delivery of digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
Set up and deploy basic email and SMS communications, and coordinate campaign assets, links, tracking and schedules.
Maintain digital campaign calendars and support A / B testing and optimisation activity.
Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely publication.
Support landing page builds, content uploads, testing and deployments.
Help collect and prepare digital performance data, and run routine reports (e.g. GA4, Salesforce dashboards, agency dashboards).
Contribute to market and competitor research, audience insights and basic segmentation work.
Perform basic updates in CRM, automation, forms and related systems, and support data quality checks.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks for digital contractors and work closely with colleagues across marketing, recruitment and student operations.
From time to time, some work outside normal hours will be required to support events, campaigns and key deadlines.
What we are looking for
You enjoy the nuts and bolts of digital marketing – designing impactful creative assets, keeping content up to date, and making sure the data tells a clear story.
You're organised, curious and comfortable working with both people and platforms.
Around 2+ years' experience in marketing coordination, digital support or a similar role.
Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
Confidence using CMS, email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools (e.g. GA4).
Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
Good organisation and time-management skills.
A curious, analytical mindset and interest in optimisation.
A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
