Job Description As an Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service, maximise profitability and enhance efficiency through the Operations Team. Delivers operational excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised. Prioritising tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures Stocking flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc Providing excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting Qualifications An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere You thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc) Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail Understanding of inventory management and processes Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships Solid customer service skills that will create raving reviews Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
